Peppermint Cheesecake Brownies

First off, let me begin by saying I am not a fan of cheesecake. Or of peppermint. But this isn't about me. This is the season of giving. As such, I'm giving you a recipe for something you might enjoy--peppermint cheesecake brownies. I didn't try them, but they are boyfriend-tested and friend-approved. They will fill your belly and freshen your breath at the same time. Plus, the recipe's from Cooking Light so you won't need to go up a pant size after eating one or seven. Score!

Here's the link to the recipe for: Peppermint Cheesecake Brownies

Bring one for the hostess of this weekend's Ugly Sweater or White Elephant party. Make sure and attach a bag of cocoa for extra brownie (wink, wink) points.

  1. Peppermint and cheesecake, two things I love. Remind me to sit next to you at the dinner table so I can eat everything you don't like! These look so delicious :)

  5. I like cheesecake, but I'm not a huge fan of peppermint. However, my sister adores the stuff, so like you, I bake so I can give! Thank you for sharing with me, week after week. Sending love and good thoughts your way!

  7. well you definitely hit my weak spot with brownies! adding cheesecake and peppermint really pushed it over the top! The fact that they are lower calorie, makes them easier to eat by the plateful!!
    Have a wonderful weekend
